the same month. Month of love – FEBRUARY!!! Best time to make handmade gifts
for your loved ones. And scrapbooks are the one of the best medium to express
your love and affection to keepsake your memories.
So if you are still struggling to make something or pending
orders, here I am sharing one best option to make – Mini Tag Scrapbook. Very quick
and easy to make with the help of amazing Dress My Craft products. I am sharing
a small tutorial for the same. The product I have chosen this time is another
perfect to relate with Valentine’s Day. I have made my Tag Scrapbook using
newly launched DMC Paper Pack – IN MY HEART. As the name depicts it is an
amazing pack with beautiful paper collection perfect for every kind of your
love theme, couple theme projects etc. This
paper pad is again an amazing addition to the range of DRESS MY CRAFT paper
pads. This heavy gsm paper can be used in any of your craft works. Available
in 6’’ X 6’’ and 12’’ X 12’’ size with twelve designs two each sheets along
with the coordinating Motif Sheet. This
paper pad is also acid and lignin free and sheets are 240 GSM thick. If you
didn’t check it yet, go check and grab yours as soon as possible and simply

Moving towards to scrapbook. Here is the closer
view. I have used many beautiful cutting dies from DMC along with glitter,
flower pearls and many more. Picture heavy post go and grab your drink.
Let’s start the real fun. First of all I have
taken my paper pack and chose five different design sheets to begin for
scrapbook.
I have cut two strips from each sheet size six
inches by two and half inches. After that I have punched all sheets with rectangular
tag punch to achieve the desired shape I want. Also with corner punch I crop
the rest two sides.
Now time to give more depth to tags. I
distressed the all edges of every tag with black distress ink.
I have scored each tag at 1 – 1¼ inches using DMC
score board and pencil bone folder.
Now I have pasted two - two tags together at the
upper part of scored line and for rest portion I applied foam tape at both
corners. This helped me to make extra pockets in between to put more tags for
photos or journaling.
Time for some fussy cutting as well as die
cutting. I have cut many things from motif sheet and die cut few with DMC dies
as well.
One of my favorite work to do again. Making all
things glittery. I have used micro fine glitter powder to enhance the beauty of
all cut pieces and on scrapbook pages.
Pasted all things and for final touches added
flower pearls randomly.
For the pockets I have made five small tags size
4-1¼ by 2 inches. And pasted small circles on both the sides to make a handle
to pull tags out easily. An addition of black tag which can be used in many
ways.
I tied all five tags together with few ribbons. And
it is done.
Glimpse of inner view, having plenty of space to
paste photos and to write your messages.
Back side and last page with a tag too.
