Hello Everyone!
This is Shweta here with my very first project for Dress My Craft as their Brand Ambassador. This post marks the beginning of my creative journey with Dress My Craft and I am super excited to be here.
Today, I have for you all a mixed media layout featuring the very beautiful 'Love Blooms' pattern papers. This collection has some lovely elements and a very bold color scheme. What attracted me most in the paper pack, was this beautiful door and I decided I had to use it as a focal point. I fussy cut it and to add interest, I cut some windows into it, a task made easy by the DMC Paper Trimmer.
I chose a pattern paper and created textures on it using the script stencil from DMC. Then created several handmade flowers using DMC flower making dies, fussy cut some elements from the motif sheets and prepped up other die cuts. And assembled everything to my liking. Lastly, I used DMC water droplets, glitter and sequins to make it more interesting.
