Lets check out the projects that I made!

1. Name Initial Frame.
I made this Frame for my little darling daughter whoze name starts with J. I had this frame for the longest time I can remember and now that she has a room of her own, I decided to transform it into a Name initial frame!

All I needed was a few handmade foam flowers and some chipboard elements. Checkout a few more pictures below!

Aren't the floral bunch just gorgeous!! I used the styrofoam circle bunch and coated them with the glitter to make the flower center!

Project 2: FLORAL SPRAYS!

Layouts with Dress My Craft Punches

Hello Crafty Souls,

Manu here from A Handfull of Art and I'm super excited to share my layouts today with the newly launched Dress My Craft Punches!!! Yes, we now have an Indian brand manufacturing punches and this is such a proud moment and I'm sure there is lots more to come!

The punches are truly amazing and are easy and fun to work with, they cut smooth like butter and the best part? The punches can cut 3 different styles in terms of the width of the punch you would be needing!! Now, isn't that one amazing feature. 3 different sizes and a single punch! Now that's what I would call, one perfect planning and execution in the production of the punches.

There are 3 different tag style punch launched in addition to 3 sizes of a circle punch and a corner rounder punch, which again has options for 3 different cornet cuts.

I have used the Fish tail tag punch in my layouts today and to highlight the punches, I have kept the layouts as minimal as possible.
First, I have a baby themed layout, lets check it out.

Yes, this layout uses scraps of width 1 cm and needless to say, that this punch cuts this like butter.

TIP: The only thing you need to keep in mind while cutting a paper which has a different width as mentioned on the punch is, keep the backside up so that you can see, where exactly is the middle of the paper.

I have kept the layout very very minimal and have cut out the circles using the 1.5 inch circle punch.

I also added a few pastel confetti considering I did a super pastel(y) layout and this would look it all the more ohh-so-gorgeous!

My Second layout is more towards a shabby chic style and here too I have kept the embellishments to the minimal keeping in mind that I wanted to highlight the Banner punch!!

Unlike last time, when my paper size was smaller than the ones metioned on the punch, this time I punched out the banners of 1.5 and 2 inches. Loved the versatility this punch offers!

I had a great time making the layouts and I'm sure you must have been inspired by the amazing creations made by our DT members! Do visit the blog for more inspirations on how to use these punches and in the meantime, lets also wait for more and more inspirations to come!!

Baby Box highlighting Sequins, glitters, Dome and miniatures + Box Tutorial

Hello Everyone!

Manu here and I hope you are loving the gorgeousness pouring in on this blog. The DT's have been posting some amazing creations and they all showcase the wide variety in which you can use the Dress My Craft products.

I'm highlighting the amazing sequins, miniatures, Dome and the glitters range Dress My Craft has today. I have made a cute Baby Box highlighting these super cute elements to jazz up your creations and I must say that these are a truly must have products in your stash to add that bling and extra gorgeousness in the creations.
I also have a little tutorial on how I made the base of the Baby box. Embellishment is entirely one's choice, but I have the measurements of the box which I did.
Lets checkout the project.

The best part this Baby Box I think is this super cute Dome.

Lets check on how I made the Base Box.

1. Take the chipboard in these measurements as in the pic below.

My Box measures 7*5 inches with 3 inches as the height.  Since i'm making a box which will have a drawer, hence I have only 1 chipboard os 5*3 inches and from the other end I will slid in a co-orinating box.
Glue them all together using the glue gun.
This is how the box looks now.

2. Once the box is done, measure the corresponding stripes of paper and adhere to the sides of the box to make it extra sturdy. In the end, your box would look like this.

3. Cover the box with the pattern papers and also make a co-ordinating box to slid inside this box drawer.

4. Collect the embellishments you would be using. I'm highlighting the DOME in this baby box along with the sequins and glitters. Here is my material for the Dome.

This is how my dome looks like.

Did you notice the glitters and the sequins used in the box. Adhere art ingredients and then sprinlke some micro beads, Adhere the image you want in the dome and then place some sequins. Easy, right!

Lets embellish and this is how my final box looks like.

I have used some cute miniatures also. Here is an image of a cute basket. The basket has green moss attached along with some super cute flowers from Dress My Craft.

Lets checkout some more pictures.

Here is another cute miniature. Dress My Craft has the best miniatures and in the best quality. This super cute basket is again filled with the micro beads.

Did you see the sheen the micro fine sparkling dust gives to this window?? Looks lovely!

I hope you liked the baby box and I bet that these products would be now in your wish list. Do try these out and I'm sure that your work would be taken a step further with these lovelies.

Charming baby girl | Layout

Happy Monday everyone!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Mine was jam-packed with lots of work as I'm going to be shifting to our new apartment next week. It's absolutely a great feeling to accept the fact of having a new pretty craft studio and at the same time it is panicking. It's the start of a new week with new hope, new goals and a new post created using two paper collections from Dress My Craft. I've created a Charming baby girl layout using both exceptionally beautiful papers called Charming baby girl and Dots n Strips.
Trying out something new is hard only for those, who perceive it negatively. So I tried my hands for the very first time on a Baby Layout. I hope you like it and don't forget to be awesome today.
