"Chirping Birds" wall hangings

For my first project this month I created a set of two wall hangings. They are meant to be positive and inspirational, to lift your spirit up every time you look at them.

For the base I used the largest die from the Nesting Circles die set. 

I absolutely adore Chirping Birds paper pad. It contains some amazing papers in shades of purple, green, and brown. 

I have fussy cut a lot of elements from the papers- flowers, butterflies, wheelbarrow,... and made my compositions with them.

My paper flowers are made with Soft Floral Oriental Collection and Curved Flower dies. For the centers, I used Pointed Thread Pollen in yellow color.

To make some more layers, I made paper lace with Crochet Lace die.

I also added two miniature bees, one on each of the wall hanging.

The two sentiments I used, belong to Magnolias Motif Sheets.

And for the end a little bit of Snow White Flower Pearls and Rainbow Glitter.

Miniature Explosion Box with the Mini Moo paper pack

Hello Everyone!

"Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart." - Unknown.

I'm Manu and I'm so excited to share my project with the Newly launched Mini Moo paper pack by Dress My Craft. This paper pack has my heart and I loved the baby elements in this paper pack.

I have made an Miniature Explosion box with the papers and it came out exactly how I had imagined it to be. Before I show you my project, Here is a little detail for the Mini Moo paper pack. 
This paper pack is available in 12*12 size which makes it ideal for scrapbooking and a 6*6 size which is ideal for card making. The collection kit comes along with a Motif sheet pack which is a pack of 2 A4 size sheets having co ordinating motifs.

Shadow Box Card Using Miniatures

Hola crafty peeps,

Jaishree this side from video design team. And I am back with a super duper cute project for you all.
I have created a birthday theme shadow box card using the amazing and very cute miniatures from Dress My Craft.

I had so much fun creating this project. In the video tutorial you learn how to make the shadow box along with setting up all the miniatures. You can use this as a birthday card or even as an invitation card to birthdays. With so many miniatures at your disposal at dress my craft you can customize this as per occasions and requirements.

Miniature provence garden

Helloeveryone,

kavitha here today with a new miniature project.With wide range of miniature accessories available at Dress my craft you cannot simply resist making cute stuffs.I decided to make a provence style garden mainly featuring the beautiful wooden door and variety of baskets available.This a picture heavy post,so sit back and enjoy the details as i explain them :)

I created the background wall using brick stencils and stones effect paste and painted it using  acrylic paints.

The door is first given two coat of heavy white gesso and then painted with acrylic paint.I used sandpaper on few places once it dried completely to give slightly distressed look

For the green and sand effect on the base first i painted it with acrylic paints and then added a layer of military rust paste and sprinkled generous amount of "moss green" powder.

For the path way i used few scrap pieces of foam board and art stones in different sizes.

Now comes the fun part of decorating the garden,i used  several mini baskets available at dress my craft.They come in variety of shapes ,size and finish and its so versatile to use in any kind of project.

I used lots of pollens ,fillers and berries to decorate the basket,now how cute they look?

To create some greenery on wall i used green moss,pollen sticks etc and did you notice the super cute and tiny cockatoo bird on the wall?oh my they are so tiny yet look so real

Yes you can sit on the miniature garden bench and enjoy the beautiful evening;)

Ofcourse you need a watering can for your beautiful garden to be alive,right?

The miniature "jug & glasses" can also be used as flower vase ,hehe

Another Cockatoo bird sitting on the the basket,they come in pair.

Did you notice the rectangle planters on either side of the door?its actually the drawers from one of the cabinet that i dint use on my previous project;)
