Clear Shabby Chic Shaker Cards Feat Pink Smoke Collection | Video Tutorial

Hello there,

This is Ujjwal and today I am sharing this wonderful idea of making acetate cards and make sequins the star of your cards/tags. I also have the video tutorial so you can make your own version. Before I share the details on the project, I just wanted to share my social media handles so you can connect with me if you'd like to. You can easily find me at,

I used the beautiful Pink Smoke Collection Papers and the coordinating motif sheets. I love the motif sheets so much. They make for the perfect embellishment for any kind of project. And of course, the Angel Mix Sequins which is the highlight of these cards matches perfectly with this paper collection.

I also added some Micro Sparkling Dust to the cards to make them extra sparkly and dreamy.

And of course, the Dress My Craft Foliage and Leaves dies are my all-time favorite to add interest to the composition.

I have a video tutorial on how I made these cards from start to finish. Watch the video here,

Baby Cards using DMC papers!

Hello crafters!

How have you been? I am sure you are in awe of the beautiful inspirations shared by my fellow DT members in the last few weeks showcasing the versatility of the newly launched DMC products. Today, I am going to share with you some pastel baby cards. Pastel is not quite my forte but the gorgeous DMC papers made the composition process as easy as pie! I have used lots of fussy cut elements from the motif sheet, precious baby boy and charming baby girls, vellum sheet and laces to decorate my project.

This is a picture-heavy post, so sit back, grab your cuppa and enjoy the details!

Materials used:
Precious Baby boy 6*6"

Floral cards with Dots & stripes papers

Hello everyone,

happy weekend. Kavitha with you here today to share some inspiration using newly launched Dots & stripes paper pad. Initially i thought what is new in Dots & stripes as there are plenty available already, but after getting it in hands it totally changed my thought. It has the water color look which makes it perfect for CAS cards, the white washed look makes it best for shabby chic/vintage style and top of it all the heavy weight thickness makes it best for mixed media too.So for a change i made some CAS cards for today's post,i used same supplies in both the cards and made them in different color scheme.I have also used the new "Micro sparkling dust" on the flowers, i absolutely love the subtle shine n shimmer it gives, check out the close up pictures but the photos dont do justice to it,its a must have for all kind of crafts.

Textures with Floral exotica papers

Hi guys,
Hope you're doing great.
I am back with a new post with two different projects created using DMC floral exotica collection papers. The first one is a shabby chic tag and the second is a vintage layout.

The beautiful background of this tag is created using floral exotica papers with some shimmer sprays and inks. I have attached a few close up pictures of the yummy background below. I've used a resin frame with some mulbery flowers to decorate my tag. The background has a gold shimmer look blended with worn lipstick distress ink.
It is really fun to play with these papers.

I love the way this paper takes inks, smoothly blends and gives such a great result. You must have found some beautiful textures in my previous post as well but this one something really unique to try your hands on.

My second project is a vintage layout created using the same floral exotica papers with some inks giving vintage look.

Hope you liked my projects.
Thanks you!

Hugs,
Meher Shaikh
