Rainbow Shaker Scrapbook Layout

Hello there,

This is Ujjwal and today I am sharing a very soft and cute layout I created using the Dots n Stripes Collection and to make it fun I added little rainbow shakers to it.

Before I share the details on the project, I just wanted to share my social media handles so you can connect with me if you'd like to. You can easily find me at,

Here is the final layout

I started with cutting out a circle using the Dots n Stripes paper. Next, I cut out some rainbow shapes using the Nested Circle Dies.

Then, I filled the rainbow shapes with Rainbow Slices and Microfine glitter and used my sewing machine to sew them.

I also added a watercolor splash background on the base paper and some splatters before adhering everything down.

The final embellishments were the butterflies and sentiment from the Dots n Stripes Motif Sheet.

And that's it! I hope you liked this project!

Bunches of projects using DMC products

Hey guys,
Hope you're doing great.
I'm Meher back today with a new post here on DMC blog. I have created a couple of projects using DMC stencil, dots and strips papers, DMC mulbery flowers, DMC twine, DMC pom poms and tassels and DMC bubblegum accessories.
Well, my first project is a bunch of danglers created using pom poms and bubblegum accessories. I have also created a dangler with tassel.
Second project: I have created a name plate using dots n Stripes papers matching them with kaiser kraft papers. The best thing about these papers is that they match very well with any kind of papers. I have also used the DMC pink mulbery flowers to decorate the name plate.
Third project: I have created a bookmark using DMC stencil.
Step by step tutorial:
1. Mix a good amount of micro sparking dust in Finnabiar light paste and blend it.
2. Fix your stencil on the paper using masking tape.
3. Carefully apply a thick layer of mixture on the stencil.
4. Let it dry.
5. Use your color bloom spray to spray it all over.
6. Let it dry and your book mark is ready.
Forth project: I have created a 18 x 18 inches  photo wall frame and covered the background with dot n stripes papers. I have also used DMC pink mulbery flowers to decorate all the four corners of the frame. (The papers go very well with the flowers)
That's all for today. I hope you guys like my projects :)
Thank you for your time!

This is the second post of this month and we are focusing on a few gorgeous products from Dress My Craft. Today, I'm here with another beautiful miniature post created using Dress my craft miniature furniture and the latest released papers "Dots n Stripes".
I have two projects to share with you.
1. Miniature study room (Shadow box): I have used couple of miniature furniture, Dots n stripes paper pad 12x12 and other accessories from Dress My craft to make a shabby chic study room.
2. Baby passport covers: I have created two passport covers using the 6x6 Dots n strips paper pad from Dress My Craft. These paper pads come in a great quality and beautiful colors which is literally a treat to our eyes. This papers have almost all the colors in super shabby effect which can be combined with any papers while you make your scrapbooks, cards or envelopes.

I have listed and linked the items I have used in these projects so that you can easily hop on to the store and purchase them.
