So let's move to today's post. I've altered a tin box with Dress My Craft- Rice Paper. Used 'My Vintage Lady' Paper Collection along with so many beautiful products and tools.

Always Be There- Flowers made using Dress My Craft Floral Dies

Dear Friends,

Shalini Pahwa here today again, I am just in love with Flowers.As i said earlier, I believe Flowers are God’s gift to this earth. Flowers paint contrasting colors along the ground and bring joy to many. Their elegance and delicate touches have us all in awe and exhilaration. Flowers inspire us to ‘Open the bloom of your heart and become a gift of beauty to the world’.

Because of being enamored with Flowers, I also love making flowers out of paper. But the experience I had using DMC floral dies and floral paper is just out of the world. You have to use it to experience this thrill.

My creation today which is also ode to my love for flowers is aptly titled “Always Be There”.

Below is step wise process of creating this beautiful flower:

Cut some Dress my craft Five Petal Flower Dies using Soft Floral Oriental Paper using Easy Cuts Machine and color them using archival ink-carnation red and sunflower.

Next shape them using Groove Golf tool set and add pollen at the center of the flower as seen on picture.

Cut few leaves from Dress My Craft Foliage & Leaves#3 Die and shape them.
Assemble them on the card or any of your creation.
