Altered Tray and Coasters Set using Transfer Me

 Hello there,

I altered an MDF tray and coaster set today using a few different Transfer Me designs and it turned out amazing. This would also be a great gift option for the upcoming festival season.

I first painted the tray with chalk paints and added a bit of texture and distressing. 

Next, using the Transfer Me Sheets I started adding a design to the tray. My initial idea was to keep it minimalistic but once I started, I couldn't stop and ended up making a whole collage of transfers.

The Tile Transfer Me designs are the perfect size for coasters and make it super easy to create these beautiful vintage coasters in no time. I also added some splatters to bring it all together.

So, do try out the Transfer Me Sheets and decorate your home for the upcoming festive season. These work on all surfaces and there are so many designs available in the store, you will be spoilt for choices.

Altered Love Letters feat. Whispering Love Collection

Today I've altered some paper mâché letters to spell out the word "LOVE" using Dress My Craft's stunning Whispering Love Collection!

I started off by painting my letters gray.  I chose the pink papers from the collection so I'd have a cohesive look.  I traced, cut out, and glued the papers to the letters.  I also used the Daisy Border Punch on each paper to add a little extra interest to my letters.

For each letter, I built up layers of embellishments including clay moulds, pink and gray flowers, elements from the Whispering Love Motif Sheet, and floral images that I fussy cut from the 12x12 and 6x6 Collection Packs.

I also used my Easy Cuts Machine to make some die cuts.  I used the Foliage & Leaves #5, Foliage & Leaves #6, Heart with Swirls, and Tropical Swirls dies.

To compliment my Love theme, I added some Assorted Heart Droplets and Little Hearts to each letter. 

As a finishing touch, I glued some Princess Mix Sequins to the flowers.  Sequins always add that special something to any project!!

Today I've a beautiful project created using the newly launched sweet treats paper pad. This is the paper pad that can be used to create any kind of scrapbooks, cards or altered products. The colors of this paper pad are super awesome and soothing to eyes. 

Well, I've created a chocolate box hamper today. This is one such product that you can gift any day to your dear one to make their day a good one after their hectic work schedule. A cute little message inside the box adds more interest to the gift making it more personalized by arranging her name with beads on the box and this is what you will see in the below pictures.

Mixed media heart panel - Romantic roses

Today i am sharing a altered mixed media heart panel using the gorgeous "Romantic roses" collection.This collection is filled with beautiful colors,gorgeous floral prints and a elegant window design which inspired me to make this project.

I used a wooden shutter as focal point,i fussy cut the window design from the pattern paper and glued it in the center to give a finished look,photos can be added inside if needed or can be used as it is as a beautiful home decor.

The base is covered with one of the elegant wood print paper.I added a layer of clear gesso and randomly applied white gesso and crackle paste in few places.

I have added  lots of texture with stenciling and stamping.I decorated around the window with fussy cut flowers and leaves from the pattern paper as well as motif sheet and lots of flowers.

For the finishing touch i applied gel medium and sprinkled flower pearls,mini flower pearls,Princess sequins mix and sparkling dust.
